Never send API keys, API secrets, passphrases, passwords, or account balances. Hide private details in screenshots.
Chart not loading?
- Check your internet connection and tap Try again.
- Try another asset or timeframe. Market-data providers can be temporarily unavailable or restricted on some networks.
- Update to the latest available version. If the issue continues, email us with the device details above.
Price Magnet works without a BloFin account. Optional exchange overlays are not required to load the chart.
BloFin connection
Use a read-only API key. Price Magnet displays positions; it does not place trades or withdraw funds. Credentials are stored in your device's Keychain. Remove them in Settings → Exchanges → BloFin → Remove credentials. Contact BloFin for exchange account or API-permission issues.
Refresh interval
In versions with this setting, open Settings → Refresh to change the automatic refresh interval. The default is 60 seconds.
Exchange requests and other questions
Email info@dbit.net or use the exchange-request form in the app. The form sends a support request and does not unlock features.
